The definition of SERVICE EXCELLENCE

<p>On Tuesday i came in with my very ill baby to fill out a presctiption at the pharmacy, there was a very long queue and i was stressed because i did not like the idea of my daughter being out in the open for so long. Fortunately Thembinkosi was close by and while we had brief talk he offered to assist me with dropping off my script so i could pick up the medication later. Later i went back to the pharmacy and i was assisted by Sibusiso but unfortunately needed extra cash to get the medication. I did not have any money on me because my bank card was at home i tried to withdraw cash using my phone but then my battery died! Wonder helped me charge my phone long enough to be able to withdraw cash so i could get the medication in time before the store closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to thank Thembinkosi, Nico, Sibusiso, Wonder and Bongani for their willingness to help and the excellent and efficient service recieved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ALWAYS choose to do my shopping at Clicks Parkrand, not only because it is close to home but because i know i will always be served with a smile, the staff there has become like family. Even when i am at a mall, i will always leave my Clicks shopping list last because i am so loyal to the Parkrand branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you gentlemen!</p> <p>You are the reason i keep coming back.</p> <p>Keep it up</p>
