As a customer you cannot supply your chronic medication script at a Clicks branch and pick up your medication from a different branch when on holiday or when you move. We even loaded the scripts on a Clicks card and it still doesn't work at other branches. What to do when you need your chronic medication? They can really learn something from Dischem. Service is also nonexixtant at all branches and supposed pharmacists take their time.
