The customer is always wrong

Tonight I was assisted by the cashier Lorraine Abrahams , I had club card points I wanted to redeem on this specific purchase she never asked if I wanted to redeem the points ...After toning up the slaw I asked if there's points on and I'd like to redeem it . She bluntly said yes and she already put the sale through she couldn't anything now ...I asked why did she not ask to which she rep**** \I normally asked but it slipped my mind"conveniently this happens a few minutes before closing time ...she raised her voice and blamed me for mot informing I wanted to use it ...poor service cap attitude and she didn't even attempt to reverse the sale which I'm sure you can as I too some from retail experience as a former cashier ...THis woman clearly had no idea what good service is I will be re shop there again solely because of her attitude and crop service now I had an unexpected expense of 165 rand to which I was supposed to pay R44 less which seems like little but it means a lot to my budget . I hope this report reaches the right person and that she is reprimanded for her actions """
