The Client is nothing!!

Due to poor service by Clicks pharmacies(more than one branch) we moved our business to Dischem. On 16th March we handed in a prescription at Dischem. We were told that they can not issue it as somebody at Clicks in Waverley tried to dispense the item that morning. The previous prescription was already issued 5 out of 5. My wife is also not on the system where they issue her medicine in advance. They person that tried to issue this did not cancel it on Discovery's system. We first tried to resolve it my phone but the person at Clicks Waverley were not able to converse in basic English. I went to Waverley Clicks but were just told a lot lies on why it happened. I took it up with Clicks Call Centre. Spoke to a lady Bianca twice who just makes promises that somebody will get back to me....but that is just more lies. Clicks it is clear that you feel nothing for your clients and that you have some very *********** staff and a useless IT system
