The best team. Sam Ntuli mall.

Good day team,

I would like to express my gratitude and complements to the team at Sam Ntuli Mall. I had come with a script to the pharmacy that had meds that needed to be ordered, before coming I had called 2 of your pharmacies and they told me they don't have those meds and they can't do anything about it. But the Sam Ntuli Pharmacy teams was more than willing to help me, they said "come and we'll see what to do".

The willingness they showed to get me what I needed was so loud as they were also friendly. Today after confirming the meds were there I went to collect.

The meds required for me to separate and measure on my own, but as I explained to Thabo at the Pharmacy he volunteered to do it and it was knock off time, him and Zethu stayed to assist us.

1 hour after knock off they were still there. I'm amazed by how they dedicated themselves to assisting and wanting to relieve us of the pressure of worrying about measurements with the child.

I am eternally grateful to them.

Hlelokuhle is late and I am just appreciative of the people who walked this journey with us ❤️. Please do recognize Thabo and Zethu as they made this a personal experience rather than just business.
