Thankdeka Clicks The Marc

I am utterly gutted by how my husband was treated by Thandeka the so called manager/supervisor from Clicks the Marc, he bought me a gift hamper which had a pair of slippers for mothers day and the size doesnt fit then he took them for an exchange and was told the packaging was not the original packaging like how when it is still n the Oh so heavenly box, she didnt even greet prior to assisting and was very rude, she lacked customer service and had no interest in assisting for an exchange, she further made rude remarks saying he must return them to Jabulani Mall probably they refused to change them, is how your staff treat customers?? I am big Oh so Heavenly ***** and the way clicks staff made my husband feel I am certain that you guys lost a customer, she must be displined ASAP!!!
