Thank you so much

<p>Many thanks to Tendai Chanakira and Papi Hlongwane from Clicks Pharmacy Brigh****er commons. My mom is a pensioner and has glaucoma. She recently went to get her eye drops ( essential that she takes them or she will lose her vision) from Clicks. However, her ( useless Motohealth medical aid) had not loaded it as a chronic medication despite all the appropriate codes being forwarded to them. So, for the past year they had been taking it from her savings, which was now depleted. She could not afford to buy the eye drops cash. </p> <p>Mr Hlongwane stated that this was not right and made it his personal mission to get it rectified. He took time to phone the medical aid ( and we are talking a lot of time!), got them to authorize it as chronic and phoned my mom back an hour later to say that it was sorted. </p> <p> </p> <p>When my mom returned to the pharmacy, she was greeted by name by Mr Chanakira who had already gotten her prescription ready. She had to pay in R2,20. </p> <p>Mr Chanakira and Hlongwane were kind, polite and went out of their way to assist a pensioner. They made her day.</p> <p>thank you gentlemen. We need more people like you. </p>
