I have complained on the Clicks website regarding their shop being closed on Thursday, 26 March due to load shedding. I especially traveled from a different town to Herm**** Clicks for purchases and was very disappointed to find the shop closed. <br> <br> A lady from Clicks Herm**** phoned me back today before 12:00 already to apologize as they were not prepared for load shedding to happen yesterday. She thanked me for my complaint as this will help them speed up the process of getting a generator to avoid these kind of problems in future.<br> <br> I comment them for their positive and quick response to my complaint. Thank you Clicks, Herm****.
