Testers are for testing!

I am a usual customer at Clicks Sophiatown and never had a problem until recently when I went with my daughter to get a prescription. We walked past the makeup isle which was cluttered with boxes and I took the "tester" and tried it. Afterall that's the purpose of it...to be tried. Instead I was yelled at and asked if I'm going to buy the product in such an accusatory tone that I was completely put off by Pretty the beauty consultant. I mean why have testers if patrons are not allowed to test. She should have apologized to me for the state the section was in and then approach me with a helpful tone and attitude. At the till, my note which was slightly torn was rejected and the manner in which the guy spoke to me was very blunt (not the teller, he was nice and pleasant).I'm very disappointed and I have not gone back there again even though it's convenient. Being treated as if I was some ******** infront of my young daughter will not be tolerated or rewarded! I refuse to spend another cent there. This is my experience and I will not deter anyone else from shopping there.
