Terrible Vaccination Process

I had a booking for a vaccine with Clicks Kyalami yesterday afternoon and, to my surprise, when I arrived (after having driven some distance as it was not my closest Clicks but it was listed as available and with stock on the booking site) they informed me that not only did they not have stock but they hadn't for a few days and they had no idea when the next stock would be in and were pretty rude and unhelpful about it too.

So instead of just informing me this a few days ago I have wasted my time (and that of my domestic who I took with for her jab) and now all the other places that were previously also available are no longer available so I will potentially need to wait weeks more risking my health due to large number of co-morbidities, disgusting levels of service.
