Terrible speed of service

Absolutely terrible speed of service at Clicks Cornwall shopping centre. This is not an isolated issue! I am always having trouble in this regard and I am sick and tired of them!

I've spoken with another customer about this whilst waiting in the row once! That person engaged that discussion. Which means I am not the only one having trouble with you guys.

There is also this issue I have with the line system they have, which coincides with the speed of service. There is always an estimated time on that ticket and I always wait longer than that time but when I get help I'm in and out in 5 - 10 minutes.
