Terrible service/response CLICKS

This is now probably the 5th or 6th time i am experiencing this with Clicks. they advertise specials, buy 3 pay for 2 and when you get to a store there is one product on the shelf. when you ask they have not received the product in question. Baby powder 3 for 2 there is one baby powder on the shelf. last night, online, clinique 3 for 2 no stock available. who handles your logistics/advertising they need to speak to each other. advertising goods to get people into your store or onto your website is FALSE ADVERTISING
