terrible service rude staff at clicks sunninghill village

We had a transaction come off our account, the store said it hasn't and refused to give us the stuff we paid for or any kind of proof that we had not taken the goods in case the transaction does show on their side, they said pay again otherwise we can't help you and got extremely rude with us.
