Terrible service, no response from Clicks

Clicks Direct Medicine is the worst. I wish I could give them a negative 10 rating. They offer a "so called" convenient monthly delivery service for chronic medication, but it is anything but convenient. They are forever leaving things out of my prescriptions with no explanation and then only when I follow up they tell me what the issue is, despite their staff calling me and confirming things on the phone, they don't follow through. I have been told about 3 or 4 times over the last few years that my prescription is expired when I already sent a new one to them and got confirmation it was received. Several times in the last few months I have to email to remind them of my prescription causing delays in my receiving medication and being without meds for a few days. This despite them calling me to confirm meds and charging to my medical aid, charging me is always on time, but my meds are not. I have also copied the service complaints email address and no response from them on recent complaints. Do you not care about your customers health? I will be sending a complaint to the Pharmacy council in SA as this is not acceptable behavior. I spend a lot of cash at Clicks and this lack of care is not acceptable, will be moving my business elsewhere when my prescription expires...
