Terrible service My son has no Milk nor nappies

So i my wife made an online order at clicks with ref:171 ********** on 06/12/2017 for my sons nappies and formula for Collection at the BT Ngebs clicks in Mthatha, we were promised that it should be delivered to you in up to 1 to 3 working days, it is currently the 12/12/2017 and i decided to follow up today spoke to Lyle(ref: ********** 4) and i wasnt happy because i held on forever waiting for him to contact the online department to which he came back advising they were in a meeting, as if that concerns me as a client, i then requested to speak to a supervisor, i held on for another 15 Minutes or so, Lyle then came back to advise me that his supervisor Bianca Naicker cannot speak to me until they contact the courier....so i went from being frustrated to irate to hating everything clicks, i am very disappointed with with this establishment that i held in such high regard.
