TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CLICKS ONLINE

I placed and order and paid for it on the 19th December 18 and it stated that they deliver in 1-3 working days till today the 28th December 18 I haven't received my parcel. I called Clicks customer care yesterday and spoke to a guy names Bongile who was very chilled and sounded like he didn't care about what I was telling him he promised to call me back but nothing.Clicks online are usually quick with their deliveries but this time they are the worst service ever and I will never order or purchase from clicks ever again and im gold club card member.
