Terrible service from Clicks Kuils River

I am so appalled by the service i just received from the assistant pharmacist at Clicks Kuils River in Zevenwaght mall. firstly i waited for about 20 min at the front of the Q while she slowly served the Lady in front of me. Once done she left. I must mention that she was the only person on duty. After waiting a further few minutes for her to get back to her station i approached to request my medicine. she refused to assist me as she needed to fix barcodes on other medicine. Her response when i complained was she had to because she cant mess with other peoples lives.....so what value is mine. eventually she decided to help me and when i requested my medicine she told me to go to the prescription side. i wasn't there with a script, i was there for self medication. she down right refused to assist me after that and i was forced to leave without my medicine. its an absolute Joke that any big retailer can employ people like this!
