Terrible service from clicks blueberry square

Complete incompetence. Was told to make an appointment, when I arrive and wait, I am told that the clinic sister went to fetch the vaccines. What is the point of making an appointment if there is no stock anyways??? Why was I not contacted prior my appointment as others were. I was told to return 3 hours later!!!! Yet the stock was about 15 mins away apparently. Such incompetence.
