Terrible service from clicks

I purchased goods online and the payment was taken off my account. This was the 24/11/2017 , I didn't receive confirmation from clicks so I called them right away on that day. They said don't worthy they will sort it out. 5 days later they insist that they cannot see payment on their side. What am I supposed to do??? I email them screen shots of my message with payment an my bank statement as proof an still still from clicks!!! Despicable service!!! As for new I'm writing to hellopter in hope that something can be done to get my money back or get my items delivered that I PAID FOR!!!!!!!
