Terrible Service

It is with great disappointment and frustration I'm sending you this email. Today I waited for 20min at Clicks pharmacy Cedar Square !!! 2 people behind the counter taking their own sweet time while the queue is getting longer and longer. What on earth could possibly take so long on the computer to type. Another lady left in frustration and I followed. Who wants to stand in a queue for that long. We just want to get our meds and leave especially with covid. Please explain what takes so long to load ok the system???? 1 box of tablets is all I saw and that takes 20min ? I'm confused!
