Terrible Service Clicks Welkom Clinic

Very unhappy with clicks clinic. The sister booked an appointment for us in September already for today at 11. Yesterday we received 2 sms's. First one didn't confirm a time. A while later another one comes through confirming the time for 11. This next morning they call us an hour before the time.. No answer since we are trying to get ready for the appointment. No second phone call was received.... I arrive there and they managed to somehow book 3 of us for 11. Now I am the only one that can confirm already from September that I had an appointment but they let someone else in before me anyway refusing to alleviate the issue...worst part, the person who is supposed to be helping us is on leave and they have someone else there who seems hopelessly confused to the point that she even needed assistance from another sister from another branch... Terrible planning! Terrible client service and as a clicks club card holder! I don't think I will ever be returning to any clicks branch anywhere ever again
