Terrible Service Clicks Musgrave

On the 6th of April I went to Clicks Musgrave in Durban.I had the worst service from the lady at the beauty /make up section and the manager there.I wanted to take an advantage on the beauty fair special ,I bought a revlonen photo ready doundation.I then requested the revlon promo lady about their powders as I have never used the revlone powder.She suggested a powder and the beaty section lady suggested a photo ready powder since I was buying the photo ready doundation.She have me a color 30 ,I noticed that the powder was not sealed and then I opened it to try in my hand.Just when I had tried it on my hand she said”No you weren’t supposed to use it”.I told her that since it was opened and used I thought it was a tester.She told me that I should pay for it.I told her “I will not” “bcz “It ws already used and not sealed”she said even though it was not sealed,and the brush was not sealed i should pay for it .I reauested a sealed powder and she gave 1.I wanted powdrs since I wanted the 3 for 2 special.She said she only have the oppend powder as my second.I refused to take it and asked her to look for a sealed one in their drawers,she said she doesnt have.I said ok give me any color then i will change it.She gave me one.After all the drama I went to the queue to pay,just when I got to the till point I was called by a manager by the name of (Skahile or Similar name).His approach was”It has to my attention that you have used our powder and you are refusing to pay for it,this is a store if u use anything u pay for it”I asked him if he had asked the lady and did the lady tell her that “The powder was not sealed and it was used allready”His response was No She told me that”You” used it.I explained to him ,that boy ridiculed and disrespected me infrom of clients and his staff.He forced me to pay,he accused me of opening his stock even though I had told him that it wa not sealed,even that beaty lady told him it was not sealed bt but not used.I told them that the thing was used and it was visible that it was used before,I explained that I only brushed it once ,as I was testing it on my hand.I asked the lady from rvelon to tell them as she had seen everything.She told them bt that boy kept on telling that I was supposed to ask If I could use it.I asked him how was that my responsibility bcz if the beaty did not want me to use their opended powder,she should’ve told me.It was not my responsibility and it was used.I asked him why was he protecting his staff at my expense,he told me straight that “he was protecting his stock and that he will have to mark it down bcz of me”,.I asked him why he said bcz of me,how was he going to sell and opened and used powder to clients bcz the products are sealed for hygiene purposes.That boy was very arrogant and he disrespected me.After he finishe talking ,he walked out of me and left my things infront of the till lady who was supposed to assist.That girl kept on starring at me untill I asked her to help me.I asked to call that guy and asked if why was he waliking Away loke thay,why did he not tell them ti assist me,after waisting my time and ridiculously accusing me in from of people.He become arrogant and did not even apologise and kept kn blaming me.That giril took my things and did not even offer me a plastic.She was giving things in hand untill i asked her why she didnt offer me any carry bag.She then said”We habve a clear bag” and I took it.The following day I went the same store only to find out that the powder I wanted is there,bt the lady refused to give it to me as she was trying to give me that unsealed one.I asked why did she lie and and what about the fact that I had to use my fuel and time to do the exchange and yet she knew the powdee was there.

This behavior from Clicks Musgrave was really not acceptable.They accused me Ans ridiculed me infront of staff and people.
