Terrible service

Clicks Norkem mall gave me the worse experience I'm so disappointed. On Thursday I went to buy eye drops for my two year old they had no stock so was told that it will be ordered and I would be given a call. To date on Sunday I still have a sick baby who is not sleeping and they took my prescription because I have paid for it no call to keep me in the loop. My money has been taken but I have nothing but a sick baby which is super frustrating!!! :( this service is worser than of a public hospital!!
