Terrible service at Northpark Mall Clicks pharmacy

We had a terrible experience at the Northpark Mall Clicks pharmacy area! There are boards everywhere informing clients to take tickets, that is what we did. After about 6 minutes our ticket was called at counter 5, we went to the counter amd then another client cut infront of us. We then informed the pharmacist that it was our ticket and showed it to her, she and the client then said that she was first. I then informed her that this is not how a ticket system works, she blatantly ignored us. So please explain to me why a ticket system was implemented if it is not utilised. In any other situation if you do not have a ticket you would be sent back and clients with tickets have preference. This is unacceptable.
