Terrible Service at Clicks Pharmacy

Pathetically long waiting time at Clicks Pharmacy, Soneike. Today the estimated waiting period was 72 min. Last time it was 64 min. So it seems like this is just their service? The poor older people having to wait in that line? I know of people not going there anymore because of that. I've decided to move my monthly collection to a different pharmacy as well. Not on.
