Terrible service at Clicks Phalaborwa - totally useless

I dont know why clicks has 7 counters at Clicks Phalaborwa if only one counter is open continuously, counter 7. The queue is long and there is no urgency here, joined the queue at 11:47 (s089), its 12:20 and I am still waiting to buy motion sickness pills. Worst pharmacy section ever
