Terrible service at Clicks La Lucia

Hi<br> <br> i am so disappointed about the service pathetic unprofessional, miserable and poor service i got from Clicks La Lucia in Durban<br> <br> I went to purchase my usual items (of which was inclusive of airtime) i was told they cannot go above R300 purchases. That was absolutely nonsense. i asked the cashier who called the floor managers (Percy and Gugu) who has no sense of customer service who told me that they do not go above R300 purchases.Instead they asked me to do 5 separate transactions to make R1500.00. I personally refused caused that was going to increase on unnecessary bank charges .<br> <br> This was absolutely unacceptable. I have been buying @ Clicks for more than R2000.00 at a time and this has never happened before.<br> <br> Clicks must remove people who have no interest in serving customers. <br> <br> Thank you<br> unhappy Customer<br>
