Terrible service at Clicks Irene Village Mall

Terrible service at Clicks Irene Village Mall.

New system in place for ordering self-medication (which was not communicated when I entered). Ended up waiting for almost 20min to be served only to be informed that I have to get a “self-medication queue ticket”!!!

Slow service and a total don’t care attitude from staff working there. Last time I shop here!!!
