Terrible service and RUDE STAFF

My wife was attended to by an unbelievably Rude pharmacist at the lenasia trade route mall branch of clicks, when calling the manager and complaining the manager mockingly laughs the matter off and says the matter will be dealt with, i do not appreciate such pathetic service unprofessional service from people in the medical industry!!! i hope someone can assist with this. very unimpressed !
