Terrible Service and dishonesty!

Clicks Brackenhurst scanned my card twice for a purchase as their machine got "stuck", claiming the first transaction will reverse. Both transactions went through. After no further communication as promised, I am now told that its not Click's problem and laughed at by the managers, and that the "bank must sort it out". I've been to the bank who confirmed both transactions are valid and that the cashier at clicks charged my card twice for the same transaction.

Zero help and terrible service, mixed with constant incorrect medication handed out from dispensary, but will add another review for this.
