Terrible service and an unhelpful process

I received a gift which I went to return with the receipt. Instead of exchanging the gift as any other store would do, the staff at clicks credited the card which was used to purchase he gift. How does their exchange policy work? What made this whole process more frustrating was the pathetic attitude from staff and manager. So unhelpful. Watercress Mall branch needs a check up
