Terrible Service

On the 4th of July I was with my daughters who wanted to buy a hair straightener. Because I needed to get something from Spar, I left my daughters at Clicks to choose the straightener. I got back to Clicks just after 6 and the store had closed. I then asked the lady (she said her name was Stilli) who was at door to let me in as I needed to pay for the straightener that my daughters had gotten.

She flat out rudely refused telling me that I am being inconsiderate as she needs to go home and that I was dark… she went on and on about transport at night and a whole lot of issues that had nothing to do with my request. I even told her that her personal transport issues weren’t my business.

The store had a couple of customers who were still shopping around. I also mentioned to her that I would have to see the various products so I compare the process. She continued refusing and said that I must get my daughters to get the products and bring them to the door for me.

Luckily when my daughters were in the process of carrying all the straighteners on the shelves, a polite staff member (I think her name is Malibongwe) came to the door to open for me. I didn’t take me more than 2 minutes to go shelve, select the straightener and pay, while leaving a whole lot of customers in the store.
