Terrible service

Truely disappointed by the service I received at clicks Northgate and clicks in Olivedale netcare, absolutely terrible.

I had a prescription took it to clicks Northgate the lady just told me they don’t have stock I asked her if she can’t check where I can get it she abruptly said no without even making an effort to check I asked her to call honey crest she left for 1 minute and said she can’t get through I felt like I was bothering her

So I went to Olivedale as I called before going and nobody answered so I drove there when I got ther the lady also said it out of stock I asked her to order she told me the item is unorderable on the system she told me I’ll prob not find it anywhere

I eventually decided to try my luck at clicks honey crest what amazing service there , yes the item wasn’t in stock but the lady made such an effort she even called the supplier to check for stock and they confirmed that they do and she ordered it . When others couldn’t make that effort

I’m disappointed as I had missed 4hputs of work running around looking for this product really guy train all your staff correctly to avoid such in conviences
