Terrible service

I am very disappointed about the way I was treated at Clicks Rivonia Village at 10-11am this morning, I went to clicks to buy foundation took one of the foundations where it was written " tester" one of the ladies came to me and said they don't allow testing, while I was trying to explain to her that I wasn't aware of that the security lady shouted from a distance saying she must pay for it I ddnt have a problem with paying for it but I juss felt like their approach was very wrong so I requested to speak to the manager and they refused to call the manager for me, they kept on insulting me calling me all sorts of names infront of everyone I was so hurt had to leave the store in tears, I've never felt so disrespected in my life. It's like they judge people based on the looks and it's very wrong. I dnt think I will ever visit the store anymore.
