terrible service

I placed an order online over six days ago and have still not received my delivery. I contacted customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved and I received no clear explanation or support.

I am very disappointed with the level of service — the delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I had expected a much smoother experience and timely updates. Please look into my order urgently and provide a clear resolution.
