Terrible service

Went to Clicks in Burg Street, Cape Town CBD on 15/5/15 at about 17:20 to buy some flu meds. Was helped by an awesome pharmacist although I didn't have my Clicks Clubcard on me. When I approached the till, the cashier (Elaine) didn't greet me, although I greeted her. She shouts to the customer behind me HE'S OPEN, GO TO HIM - pointing at the cashier closer to the door. I had the flu so my hearing was funny, but she actually popped my ears, so she obviously shouted VERY loud. She rang my goods up, i gave her my debit card and I said Cheque. She swipes the card and asks cheque or savings. I look at her and say Cheque again. She didn't say thank you when the sale was done, I was only to happy to leave the store. I don't care how young I am or how old the cashier was - customer service should be the same, no matter the age.
