Terrible service

<p>I was at clicks clinic canal walk to see the nurse however i never had an appointment and the while coming i saw the nurse was free and then i just asked can i come in and are u free and she said yes. The nurse then went off and said she cant take it when people are so rude and shes so sick of being a nurse now adays, with a funny smile on her face. At this point I wasnt too sure if it was me she was referring tooo however I apologised to her if i was. And she was clearly talking about me. <br /> As i just sat there and thought shes free and why couldnt she have seen me. quickly as i was just going to get my family planning pills then she off telling me that i should make an appointment and now i just come in and expect to be helped.<br /> This so unacceptable to have gone off at me telling me shes sick of being a nurse. This was at canal walk clicks clinic today just after 11am. i dont expect people to talk to me like a 5year old. She a nurse, where we as patients come to her for help and not to be spoken to like that. I feel if the nurse is free at the time and see some one is waiting to be assisted why not assist the patient and maybe as well tell the person you have appointments and maybe suggest for them to come back at a certain time.yet she made it as if she had a train mash. I was only in there for 5mins and yet the person who made appointment wasnt there yet. Very disturbed by this service. </p>
