TERRIBLE SERVICE

My mother in law went to the Clicks Pharmacy in Lambton to collect my father in laws medication, there was a problem with a prescription and the "manager" whose name is Edward was very rude to her and didn't try to help her at all, in fact he took back the medication that was already issued to her and said it was "expired". When she said that she just received it he said he could take it and when she asked to see the manager he very rudely responded that he was the manager and there is nothing she can do about it. She asked another pharmacist for help but he had to refuse her as he said he could lose his job if he did help. My father in law is a type 2 diabetic and is now sitting without any medication which is dangerous to his health. I find this type of behavior disgusting, and it is not the first time I have experienced this lack of service from this "manager".
