Terrible Service

Today, I was not feeling well and decided to go to Clicks in Delft Mall in Delft Cape Town because that is where I normally fetch my chronic medication and is very convenient. I got my meds and made my way to the cashiers, there were two cashiers so there were quite a number of people in the queue. As I was about to make my way to make a payment - the cashier calls her friends (working for Ackermans within the mall) who were not even queuing to make their payment before me. When I confronted her, all she said was that "They are staff" mind you I was not feeling well plus her friends were not even working for Clicks. This is not a way of conducting business and what if I was a "Mistery Shopper". I believe that we should all be treated with respect and I decided to walk out and buy my meds at Shoprite. We try by all means to support Kasi businesses BUT this is the kind of attitude that kills businesses in the townships.
