Terrible service

I got a Kambrook Gym Blender as a gift , and only tried to use it on easter Sunday. only to find that it is not working at all the top does not release from the machine, so I had to turn the machine upside down to get the bottle open. i did not have a slip as it was a gift !. I went to Clicks @ Brackenhurst on Monday 05.04.2021 asked if they could help and assist. the gentleman behind the counter said it wont be a problem as it is a clicks make to exchange. he called the Manager or second in charge to assist, this guy kept on telling me that the machine only works if you turn it completely upside down to release the bottle, which I did not agree ! He refused to help as I did not have a slip just told me they don't have stock, which they had ! and he cant exchange it ! turned his back on me and started talking to the other people behind the counter i think his name was Thondeka? not sure but was very rude! will absolutely not go back to that store ever again
