Terrible online shopping experience

<p>I placed an order online & 1 or the items I bought is Oral-B stages toothbrush. The website does not allow you to choose the colour your want (boys or girls) & by default it added the girls one while I was buying the watch for my son. When I called customer care they told me to wait for my order to arrive then go to the store to exchange the brush.</p> <p>The whole point of shopping online is to avoid going to the store! The order has not been delivered yet so someone can contact someone to change the colour of the brush.</p> <p>Clicks online shopping is the worst of all the online stores i buy from. There website is terribly slow, makes you want to pull your hair out. When you add items to your cart and happen to log out, by the time you log back in your cart is now empty and you have to start afresh.......</p> <p>Worst online shopping experience ever!</p>
