Terrible Online Service!!!

I placed an order online on 29 July and I still have received even though it’s been 6 working days which is the allocated working time. I contacted the helpline and they said I need to wait an additional 2 working days to receive feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous, because you’re telling me you have no idea where my order is and it’s not in store and I have to WAIT to find out where it is when I’ve already waited the allocated time. The helpline was absolutely useless and so unhelpful. I really am appalled at the customer service team because the only answer they can give me is that they have no idea where my order is. That is your job. It’s been 6 working says and I still haven’t received any order
