TERRIBLE ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE

I have made an online order, and they were taking longer to deliver my parcel, until I decided to buy an airtime to contact their customer support line, only to find out that delivery is made in 2-3 working days, when the store is actually 5 minutes away from my place.

I am asking about cancellation process, I am told to wait for the order to be delivered then I make a cancellation.
