Terrible online order service from Clicks

Most terrible service, as you order online, you choose the Clicks close to you, but the order comes from JHB headoffice or somerhing. I ordered on last week Thursday morning at about 07:00 it is Monday the medicine is not arrived yet. I wanted to skip the wait in a line so I ordered online. Wanted to doctor my son before the cold got worse as it was only the start, now is down is the bed can't even get up for school, because the service off online order at Clicks is very poor.
