Terrible online experience

You guys are the worst when it comes to online shopping, I placed an order last week Monday and I'm still waiting for it now. There's no communication whatsoever, my parcel was apparently damaged and no one told me until I did the follow up. Your call center staff is useless to be honest and ***********. I've never seen such in my entire life. Y'all should be ashamed
