Terrible online delivery service

I have ordered online from clicks before and have received good service even though the boxes are always in a shocking state.

This week I placed an order. I received 1 box on Friday. Then another box on Saturday and I have still not received everything that I have ordered.

In addition the domestos was leaking so much that the label even peeled off. This is so unacceptable.

I shop online so that I do not have to walk into a store. If you are going to deliver the goods in separate deliveries then at least advise the customers of this. With regard to the condition of the domestos, I am speechless.....
