Terrible nappies

I recently bought some Clicks nappies. Am so disappointed in the quality thereof and the service received. The purple elephants at the back of the nappies' ink comes off onto my baby girls' lower back. Completely unsafe!!

When I took the nappies back to Clicks I was told I could not be refunded or exchange it for Pampers, as I did not have the receipt. This is unacceptable to me as it is their own Clicks brand.
