Terrible disservice from Handie Bekker at Clicks, Sunridge Village

What terribly grudging service from Handie Bekker, a locum at Clicks in Sunridge Village, Port Elizabeth yesterday! From the start she seemed to have an issue with me asking questions, and let me be clear, there is more to service that what is said. It also relates to tone of voice and body language. She seemed to take offence to my questions, like when I asked for 2 months supply of birth control, instead of one. Before I could even finish the question, she was already huffing and shaking her head "no". when I asked why not, she stridently rep**** " because its the law!". That was not the least of it. I have had many repeat prescriptions with Clicks Pharmacy, and I believe that its clear who the script is for. However, she was asking, with attitude, who is this for? I did not feel like a welcome customer in the store yesterday for sure. When she brought the slip for me to sign, I read it as I was actually looking for her name. Whilst reading it I could see how she was huffing, whilst impatiently waiting for me to finish. I must stress that there were only 2 customers at this counter, including myself. At the end of it, it told her that I was unhappy with the level of service & all the questions, when she apologised, WITH a "BUT". A sincere apology should never be qualified. I have a repeat script, which will now be logged at Dischem. I DO NOT need this uncalled for disservice. Especially since she is a locum. Can Clicks afford to keep her , at the expense of losing customers?
