TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made an online purchase over a week ago at Clicks and was having issues with delivery. After numberoia phone calls back and forth with RAM (courier) I called Clicks. A customer service agent by the name of Bonile Mafura was incredibly rude and condescending. Very unprofessional.
