Terrible customer service at Clicks Crescent

I have received a microwave as a gift from my company, my husband n i did not want the safeway brand as it is not a reliable brand so we decided to get a refund, all original slips had been given to my company for proof of payment, the company is closed and we r relocating to another province tomorrow there is no way i cn get the original slip, but i was given a copy of the slip which the store manager refused to accept! This is bull**** the information on the till slips fade, which is 1 of d reasons ppl keep copies in first place the manager could have made an exception and had given us a refund i hate clicks! Ive had endless problems with safe way products! I want a full refund! To purchase else stop forcing people to buy from ur store by offering them a gift card DONT force me to purchase from ur store REFUND ME
